Our Ambition(s)

afterthoughts

This is indeed a very good wake-up-call shared by creativeartworksblog.

If we were to focus on the sufferings caused by the pains given to us by life, we will never be able to understand why there is THE NEED to stay happy even while we are still in the midst of all those sufferings.

This makes “I want to be happy” a tougher ambition than “I want to be a doctor/lawyer/teacher…etc”

Pain is certain, suffering is optional ~ Buddha

What do we want to do when we grow up/older?

Let’s think about it…

Have a wonderful Monday ahead, always!

Till then,

Cheers & TTFN~ 😀

QUOTE MOMENT: Smiles drive the sadness away

afterthoughts

Even at the saddest moment, we need to learn at least how to smile to one person, i.e. to ourselves.

I would always smile into the mirror, even at my saddest moment, not sure if it works for everyone, it definitely works for me.

Till then,

Smile and cheers!!😀

A superb quote I found this morning on social media, posted by a relative living here in London.

“Smile, even if it’s a sad smile, because sadder than a sad smile

is the sadness of not knowing how to smile.”

afterthoughts

When you arise in the morning,

think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive

– to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.

~ Marcus Aurelius

For someone with a chronic condition like myself, I think this is very true.

May this re-blog sharing pins a victorious smile on your lovely face.

Live life, Love Life!

Till then,

Cheers & TTFN~ 😀

Do one thing at a time — karmasama

Multitasking is tricky – it might seem that you are catching up to all the tasks, while in fact the quality of your work decreases. In the long run you start being less productive and more stressed out… Do one thing at a time!

A Beautiful Coincidence…

I used to being a multitasking lady but ever since my health has deteriorated, my multitasking skill decided to bail on me…LOL…

Anyway, after taking a very long break and as I opened my eyes this morning; my mind told me to take it slow and do one thing at a time so that everything will be done eventually, no matter how long it might take.

!!!TAADAAAA!!!!

I saw this beautiful post the moment I logged into WP because I was planning to draft a new post…what a beautiful coincidence indeed and I am thankful to be a follower of this enlightening blog.

Before I can finally finish my post, may this beautiful post sharing lighten whatever burden that is on your shoulders right now upon reading it.

Have a great and fun day ahead, always!

Till then,

Cheers & TTFN~ 😀

PS: So much things have changed in WP and I almost gotten lost in the process of trying to re-blog this post…LOL…it has really been a long long while, my dear friends!!!!  Thank you so much for still being with us all this while. Cheers!!! 🙂
