We Will Get There

“A guy is sitting at home when he hears a knock at the door.

He opens the door and sees a snail on the porch.

He picks up the snail and throws it as far as he can.

Three years later there’s a knock on the door.

He opens it and sees the same snail.

The snail says: ‘What the hell was that all about?’

Snails and slugs are both Gastropods. They are closely related, regardless the fact that slugs lack a protective shell.

Gastropods are able to adapt to a variety of living conditions and they don’t require large amounts of food thus enabling them to continually evolve and survive the conditions around them which many researchers find to be very fascinating.

Snails move at an incredible slow speed and the average adult moves at a speed of 1 millimeter per second.

Although the snail has traditionally been seen as a symbol of laziness due to its slowness; rather than slowness, I see it as a form of determination instead.

Laziness or determination? What do you think?

May this short post about snails bring a smile on the faces of all you beautiful souls out there!

Have a great day ahead, always!

Till then,

Cheers & TTFN~ 😀
